With autumn in full swing (I am totally embellishing as here in Phoenix, we don’t really have much of a Fall season – but it does get much cooler), I wanted to design an autumn quote printable for the pumpkin spice and boot season that is upon us!
In honor of my most favorite month of the year, I am happy to spread my October cheerfulness with my favorite peeps! I came across this autumn quote by Oscar Wilde on Pinterest and thought it was such an appropriate quote to share with you.

I feel this quote is so appropriate for how it feels in October. Here in Arizona, September is still blistering hot (and sometimes muggy due to the hurricane season), but as we get further into October, the days get shorter and the weather cools off to the 70’s and 80’s in the mornings and evenings. And every native Phoenician knows what that means…hiking and outdoor activities!
It’s true. I don’t go out often enough in the summer unless there is a pool around…
So, it is truly a special treat for me to be outside and actually enjoy the desert landscape without dying of heat exhaustion. In fact, it is my goal this month to wake up earlier and get my butt to the mountain so I can hike before it gets too late. And, hopefully, I’ll be able to take some pictures with my DSLR (I use a Canon Rebel T3i – discontinued and replaced by Rebel T6i) to capture the amazing sunrise and cactus views from North Mountain. It’s those days that I truly feel so connected to the desert and grateful for living in such a beautiful city. Some may not appreciate the dry climate, but I have the highest regard for living in the southwest. And I would very much miss it if I ever moved from Phoenix permanently.
Anyhoo, onto the printable!

For 8.5×11 copies – Either print from your home or go to your local print shop. I recommend and use OfficeDepot (aka, OfficeMax) for 8.5×11 copies (which can be trimmed to size if you need them smaller).
A full-color, 8.5×11 copy on heavy cardstock is only $0.73! Just submit your order online and it will typically be ready for pickup within the next business day. Also, make sure you choose “fit to size” since the actual file will be much larger.
For larger size prints – I recommend Vistaprint. A 16×20″ matte poster size costs $9 and then another $5 for shipping. A total of $14 plus taxes and fees isn’t too shabby!

Print from Home – If you’re printing this quote for your planner, the easiest way is probably to print from your home. Either use a standard 8.5×11 paper size and, if necessary, trim to the appropriate size (use the PDF files for easy trimming) -OR- if you have blank planner size pages, use the JPEG files and feed through your printer’s tray.
Print with a Shop – However, some of you may not want to suck up a lot of your ink (that’s me!). I highly recommend OfficeDepot because their prices for full-color 8.5×11 copies just can’t be beat! Again, you’ll want to use the PDFs for the smaller size planner pages so you can easily trim.
